Ever wish you had
a program made to heal your pelvic floor, any time, in the convenience of your own home!
The Return to Running and Jumping Postpartum Program was designed based on the best available, most current research to help moms both very new and many years postpartum solve the issues that I see most commonly in the clinic, specifically incontinence with impact activities. And you can do it without a gym, in as little as 10-20 minutes a day. No woman should be resigned to walking when she wants to run! And no woman should be resigned to life with leakage. This program is also great for any women who wants to support pelvic floor healing after birth, with professional guidance, even if running is not the goal.

About Me
Hello! My name is Linsey and I am a mom and Doctor of Physical Therapy living in the Pacific Northwest. I practice orthopedic physical therapy and specialize in women’s health, treating mothers and women in all stages of life. In my capacity as a PT, I have been surprised at how few women know that physical therapy is available as a treatment for injuries and lifespan issues related to the pelvic floor. And I have seen that mothers in general have very little support from both the medical field and society through the process of becoming parents. My goal is to make your life easier with my Return to Running and Jumping Program, and to ultimately promote awareness of common perinatal and lifespan issues specific to women. I will provide free, simple solutions to try at home when available for women’s health issues, and stay current on the literature so you don’t have to. Happy reading!
